Threeway between Stephenville and Glenrose is reestablishing the game. They are building a new field. I think they have a coach, and only go through the 8th grade. But if you want to volunteer for experience...

For us who haven't yet, could you please share a ranking of what you thought were your most challenging things? I really need to know. Not being sarcastic. This is something I've always wanted to do.

Patience. It takes a while to set up traditions and levels of school pride

Short memory. Winning does not come overnight in most cases

Understanding. Know that you are building this for the kids and community. The winning of championships may come with the next coach

Consistency. Set up your rules and philosophies and stick with them daily. The culture of your program will depend on it
