All District/All State

I was wondering does anyone know when they name the All District and the All State teams? I know or at least think that part of the process for all district is coaches nominate their players but cant vote for their own players. If this is not correct please let me know. How does All state get nominated and or voted on and by who? Congratulations to all the kids who made the all star team.

All district criteria and methods vary from district to district. Once those kids are selected the all district lists are voted on at the all state meeting which occurs after the title games. Both all district and all state are selected by the coaches. Each district has, or is supposed to have, a rep at the all state meeting One thing I know for certain and 2nd team all district player can't make it ahead of a 1st team player from another district. Once all state is selected, they'll publish the all state and all district lists on the TAPPS website.
