I was in school when people got laid off, backer, there were people crying...it was not good.

So you have two scenarios - bunyan is NOT an ex-employee in which case the post would have no effect on him or bunyan IS an ex-employee and he should shut his pie-hole. Either way I would prefer that third option I mentioned earlier.
