 Packers vs Cowboys
While I did enjoy being on the 45 end of a 45-7 score, it really was painful to watch Wade Phillips out there tonight as the Cowboys head coach. And I know there's talent on that Cowboys roster.
I felt like I was watching some guy on death row and he wasn't even going to get the privilege of a last meal AND the governor is dialing and telling the warden to hold off because he might commute the sentence ... or he might not, give him some time.
It is obvious that several years of no discipline in the Cowboys locker room has created the mess that is there today. I'm not sure that 100% of the blame goes to the guy a local radio sports talk guy calls "Coach Yuk-Yuk," but it is his show. I'm not sure a change in coach will help the locker room mess because it will be tough for one of the guys now on the staff to clean up the shop ... and finding an outside coach to do the job is nearly impossible halfway through the season.
But the guy who needs to look in the mirror and fire the GM as well is ... Jerry Jones. When it comes to football, he seems to be the micromanager type and that just ain't gonna cut it if he needs to hire that quality coach (Cowher, Gruden) because it's obvious from his ability to work with (and run off) Jimmy Johnson and Bill Parcells that the issue isn't just the coach.
Did I mention I enjoyed the game?

 Re: Packers vs Cowboys
The Cryboys looked very lifeless. I went to bed at halftime. I bet some of my relatives are down in the dumps this morning. All the Bears fans are on edge here after they barely beat the Bills.
I used to get enjoyment in going against the Cowboys when I lived in Texas, and now get the same enjoyment doing the same with the Bears up here. Most of the in-laws are Bears fanatics.
